Zoning Map

Shows the current zoning of all properties in the Town.  Please contact Staff to confirm the zoning on individual properties as the zoning may change from time to time.

Future Land Use Map

The Future Land Use Map is part of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and shows the desired land use for all properties in the Town and the Town's extraterritorial jurisdiction.  This map provides guidance as to the Town's desired uses for properties.

Master Thoroughfare Plan

The Master Thoroughfare Plan reflects the current roadway system and anticipated ultimate development of roadways throughout the Town.  Planned right-of-way (ROW) requirements are shown, as well as a typical cross section.  The Master Thoroughfare Plan is also included in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
