Subdivision Regulations Amendments

Town Council adopted amendments to the Town’s Subdivision Regulations that go into effect on September 1, 2023

On July 10, 2023, the Town Council adopted amendments to the Town’s Subdivision Regulations that go into effect on September 1, 2023. These updates provide clarification on processes, procedures and submittal requirements. They also provide for a minor plat process for residential subdivisions of four lots or less that already have the necessary infrastructure which could allow for a review and approval process of approximately six weeks for qualifying applications versus the previous three-month process.
