Permits & Development

On July 10, 2023, the Town Council adopted significant amendments to the Town's Subdivision Regulations with an effective date of September 1, 2023.  The Council also adopted a Development Submittal Checklist that provides a list of required items for the submission of Development Applications.  All plat applications must be submitted in accordance with the Town's Submission Schedule and require a pre-application meeting prior to submission.

On August 21, 2023, the Town Council adopted the 2018 ICC Building Code Series with local amendments that will become effective October 1, 2023.
